Dearest Family And Friends,
After 52 beautiful years of serving NYC; we will be closing Mexico Lindo Restaurant on July 31st. It has been the honor of a lifetime to have provided our family traditions, home cooked meals and love filled hospitality to your celebrations of life. We are proud to have been such a big part of your lives. It is with tremendous love and appreciation that we say adios.
We would like to thank all our family, friends and amazing customers who made it possible for us to be here thru out all these years.
Our parents Antonio and Leonor Bonilla opened Mexico Lindo in 1972 and worked feverishly to start a family legacy. They instilled in us a hard work ethic, the power of positivity and the art of hospitality. We know our dad Tony is looking down and smiling upon us with his glass of red wine.
Thank you to our mom Leo who continues to give us the strength we need and guidance of wisdom for our next steps forward.
We give an especially huge thank you to our incredible staff members, past & present, that have helped us thru all the years.
Please come support us during our final days. We look forward to seeing you.
The memories we were able to create and share with our family, friends and customers are priceless. We are proud of being a NYC staple, small family business and a pilar of our community. We say farewell with our hearts full of love.

Our signature dishes are the Mole Poblano as well as

the Grilled Steak Tacos.  Although during summer months; 

local zucchini squash blossoms are used for our incredible hand made corn masa quesadilla. 

Not to be outdone;  Long Island corn comes thru for our

Bicolor Corn Esquites made with Mexican herb epazote.
